Hat's have never been so tasty!
1. Put the flour in a bowl. Mix in the salt. Add the butter and rub together until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
2.Add the water and orange juice and mix together to form a dough.
3.Knead the dough until smooth. Chill in the frigde for 10 minutes.
4.Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
5. Cut out 3" circle using a cookie cutter.
6. Pinch the edges of the circle together to form a triangle with a hole in the centre.
7. Spoon some jam into the hole.

8. Heat the oven to 190o. Place the hamantaschen on baking paper on a baking sheet and cook for 15 mins.
9. Leave to cool and then dust with icing sugar.
